Eligibility Criteria
1. Project Manager
- Qualification: M.Sc (Hons) Horticulture.
- Experience: 15 years in R&D of deciduous fruit plants. Expertise in cherry projects is preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 62 years.
- Quota: GB Domicile holders only.
2. Scientific Officer (Horticulture)
- Qualification: M.Sc (Hons)/M.Phil (18 years education) with First Division or CGPA 3.0+. No more than one second division in the career.
- Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
- Quota: GB Domicile holders only.
3. Naib Qasid / Attendant
- Qualification: Matriculation.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
- Quota: GB Domicile holders only.
Salary Information
The Project Manager will receive a lump sum remuneration of Rs. 200,000 per month with a 10% annual increment. Other positions (Scientific Officer and Naib Qasid) will be paid according to the PPS-07 and PPS-01 pay scales respectively.
