Organization Introduction
The Planning & Development Department is the apex planning body of the Balochistan government. It is responsible for the overall socio-economic development, policy formulation, and coordination of various development projects across all administrative departments in the province.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or 16 years of education from a recognized local or foreign university.
- Age: Applicants must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
- Competency: This is a highly competitive role requiring talent and a strong interest in strategic development.
Salary Information
The fellowship offers a competitive monthly stipend. As per the department’s professional fellowship standards, the estimated salary range is PKR 40,000 to 150,000.
