Eligibility Criteria
- Director/Addl. Director: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience.
- Managers: Minimum 16 years of education in Architecture or Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- IT/Design Roles: 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or Graphic Design with 3-5 years of specialized experience.
- Draftsman: Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Salary Information
Monthly salaries are highly competitive, ranging from PKR 125,000 for support roles to PKR 900,000 for lead management positions, as per the Project Pay Scale (PPS).
