Eligibility Criteria
- Teaching Posts: Ph.D. or Master’s (18 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Administrative Posts: Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in relevant subjects like CS, IT, or Management.
- Support Staff: Graduate, Intermediate, or Literate depending on the specific role.
- Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience is required as per the specific job requirements mentioned in the official advertisement.
Salary Information
The salary for these positions is based on the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) or Lump-sum pay packages offered by the university. Estimated salary ranges are between PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 per month depending on the scale and post.

The primary job location is the ITU City Campus located at Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
