Job Overview
The Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan, is seeking applications from experienced Civil Engineering professionals for the Project Director position. The selected candidate will manage and supervise the road construction project from Buleda to Birkisal Border via Niwano, District Kech.
This position is contract-based initially for two years and may be extended based on satisfactory performance until the completion of the project.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering
- Degree must be from HEC-recognized institution
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of government project planning and management procedures
- Experience working on public sector projects preferred
- Experience in Balochistan will be an added advantage
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 40 Years
- Maximum Age: 62 Years
Salary Information
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary package ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and government project pay scale.
