Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration preferred
- HR-related professional certification will be an added advantage
Experience Required:
- Minimum 01 year of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking sector
Age Limit:
- As per bank policy (not specified in advertisement)
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective team player with collaborative mindset
- Service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Solid understanding of HR functions and processes
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships
- Providing support to the team in performing HR-related Business As Usual (BAU) activities
- Assisting in the implementation of relevant HR initiatives and projects
- Responding to HR-related queries and requests from employees
- Maintaining relevant databases and preparing reports as required
- Staying updated with modern HR practices and market trends
- Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
Salary Package
Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package along with other benefits as per the bank’s policy and rules. The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
