Eligibility Criteria (Qualification & Experience)
To be eligible for the Civilian Teacher position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: MA, MSc, or MA Education (Minimum 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized university.
- Preferred Qualification: M.Ed or B.Ed degree holders will be given preference.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 18–30 years.
- Age Relaxation: Up to 45 years for retired Army persons, and additional relaxations for government servants (up to 55 years), disabled persons (10 years), and widows/children of deceased civil servants (5 years).
Salary and Market Benefits
The salary for this position is based on the Federal Government Basic Pay Scale (BPS-15). The estimated monthly salary range for this scale is PKR 40,000 – 150,000, which includes basic pay along with standard government allowances such as house rent and medical allowance.
