Controller General of Accounts (CGA) Islamabad has announced multiple contract-based consultant vacancies under the project titled Implementation of Online Billing Solution (Sehal). Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for various PPS scale positions in Islamabad.
These appointments are purely on contract basis initially for one year, extendable based on project requirements and performance.
Project Overview – Online Billing Solution (Sehal)
The project is being implemented under Public Financial Management Reforms at Federal and Provincial levels. The initiative aims to modernize and streamline the online billing system across government departments through advanced IT and financial management solutions.
The consultants will work in the Project Management Unit (PMU) under the Directorate General MIS, Office of the Controller General of Accounts.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications in SAP, Finance, or Project Management will be preferred where applicable.
Experience
- Relevant post-qualification experience according to the position and PPS scale.
- Experience in SAP systems, financial management, IT implementation, procurement, and government project environments will be preferred.
General Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment.
- Understanding of public financial management reforms and IT systems.
- Integrity and professionalism.
Salary Information
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 150,000 under Project Pay Scale (PPS), according to qualification and experience.
