Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these executive positions, applicants must fulfill the following robust criteria:
- Qualification: A PhD degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute is mandatory for all roles (STEM subjects preferred for the R&D role).
- Experience: A minimum of 20 to 22 years of distinguished experience in higher education, research, teaching, or academic administration.

- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years for contract positions. For the regular BPS-22 Member (Academics) role, the age limit is 45 to 55 years.
