Eligibility Criteria

To be shortlisted for the Manager (Implementation & Coordination) position, applicants must strictly fulfill the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: At least a Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Education Management, Management Information System, or Project Management from a recognized local or foreign university. Salary Information

This position is filled on a Project Pay Scale basis as authorized by the Government of Punjab. The base salary for such senior project management roles generally ranges from PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, though final compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s extensive experience and the specific project budget allocations.
