Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the written test:
- Qualification: A Master’s degree (16 years of education) with a minimum 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA in relevant fields (Economics, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, IT, etc.) for BPS-16 posts. A Bachelor’s degree (14 years) is required for the BPS-14 post.
- Domicile: Candidates must possess a valid Balochistan Local/Domicile certificate.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 30 years. Age will be calculated up to the closing date of the application. General upper age relaxation will be allowed as per standard Government of Balochistan policy.
Salary Information
Candidates selected for these roles will be offered a highly competitive salary package by the Government of Balochistan standards for BPS-14 and BPS-16 officers. The estimated monthly compensation typically ranges from PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000, along with standard allowances, depending on the specific pay scale and contract terms.

- Generate the 1Link 1Bill Invoice from the ETC portal.
- Pay the test fee of Rs. 2,500/- via your mobile banking app, ATM, or internet banking using the “Bill Payment” option and selecting the 1Link 1Bill service.
- Log back into the ETC portal after payment and click on “Verify Online Payment”.
- Submit the final online application.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Passing Marks: Only candidates securing at least 60% marks in the written test will be shortlisted for the interview stage.
- Government Employees: Applicants currently employed in Government, Semi-Autonomous, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
- Equivalence: Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate.
