Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must ensure they meet the specific qualifications set for each trainee program:
- Technical Trainee Officers: Bachelor’s degree (16 Years of education) in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 3.00 CGPA is required.
- Management Trainee Officers: Bachelor’s degree (16 Years of education) in Commerce, Trade, Finance, or Business Studies with a minimum of 3.00 CGPA.
- Ace Trainee Program (ATO): Three-Year DAE in Electronics, Computer Information Technology, Electrical, or a related field from a recognized technical board. Candidates must have no less than 60% aggregate marks.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, though candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are also eligible.
Salary Information
The University of Lahore offers a highly competitive and structured stipend for its trainees:
- TTO & MTO: Starting stipend of PKR 60,000/- (all-inclusive) for the first year, which will be increased to PKR 80,000/- (all-inclusive) in the second year.
- ATO Program: Starting stipend of PKR 37,000/- (all-inclusive) for the first year, jumping to PKR 60,000/- (all-inclusive) in the second year.
