Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Assistant Director (Threat Analyst) role, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
- Qualification: A 4-year Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of HEC verified education) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a related field. Degrees must be attested by HEC.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-graduation experience specifically in the field of Information Security (IS) or Cyber Threat Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Must possess knowledge of threat intelligence tools (like MISP, OpenCTI) and proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 37 years, which already includes the standard 5-year general age relaxation.
Salary Information
Candidates appointed to this specialized IT role will receive a highly competitive federal government salary package.
