Eligibility Criteria

For Additional Joint Director (Funds Management):
- Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institute along with a CFA Charter. Professional qualifications equivalent to a Master’s degree with a CFA Charter are also acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years with a financial sector regulator. For Chartered Accountants, the articleship period counts towards this experience.
For Additional Joint Director (Lending & PF):
- Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Technologies. Additional CFA or FRM qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates with experience in microfinance, lending operations, international donor agencies, or grant management will be given preference.
Age Limit: For both positions, the maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the last date of application submission.
Salary Information
SECP offers a highly competitive compensation package for its regular employees. While the exact figures depend on the final interview assessment and the candidate’s professional background, the estimated monthly compensation structure generally aligns with the PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 base range, complemented by substantial executive allowances and benefits associated with the federal regulatory sector.
