The Society for Community Strengthening and Promotion of Education, Balochistan (SCSPEB) has announced a new vacancy for competent and dedicated professionals across multiple positions. SCSPEB is currently inviting applications for Education Supervisor, Accounts Assistant, and Program Associate positions on a contract basis. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply as SCSPEB is an equal opportunity organization.

The Society for Community Strengthening and Promotion of Education, Balochistan (SCSPEB) is a dedicated non-governmental organization working to strengthen community-based education and promote learning across Balochistan. The organization operates in some of the most remote and underserved areas of the province, including refugee camp settings, with a strong focus on child protection, gender equality, and zero tolerance for harassment and exploitation.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Education Supervisor (Male)
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences along with a professional degree in Education (CT / ADE / PTC / B.Ed)
- Candidates with higher qualification will be given preference
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Education or Community Mobilization
- Experience in Monitoring & Mentoring in the education sector will be preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must have command on local refugee camp languages
- Good command on local education systems and procedures
- Must be willing to travel to remote and intense areas of Balochistan and willing to stay in the field
2. Accounts Assistant
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts
- Candidates with higher qualification will be given preference
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
3. Program Associate (Female)
Educational Qualification
- Graduation Degree (minimum)
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Good proposal writing and drafting skills
- Strong Communication, Presentation & Computer skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Social media handling will be considered an added advantage
- Good command on spoken and written English and Urdu
Salary and Benefits
SCSPEB offers a competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience as per organizational pay scale. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for Test or Interview.
