Key Responsibilities
The selected Hospital Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Overall Hospital Administration including Housekeeping, Discipline, and Patient Services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Maintenance of hospital utilities, facilities, and assets
- Imprest management and accounting oversight
- Ensuring Health, Safety, Safeguarding, Climate & Environmental Sustainability standards are met at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from an HEC recognized university
- OR Retired Major / Lt. Colonel (or equivalent) from the Armed Forces Medical Corps with a clean service record
- Diploma in Hospital Management will be an added advantage and preferred
Experience Required
- Preferably 5 years of experience in Hospital Administration
- Ability to implement policies and SOPs in accordance with the Sindh Healthcare Commission requirements
Skills Required
- Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Management Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage large healthcare facility operations effectively
