Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific qualifications and experience requirements for their desired positions on the Teaching Track:
1. Associate Professor
- Qualification: PhD degree in Nursing/Public Health from a reputed HEC-recognized University (preferable) OR MSN/MSPN degree.
- Experience (PhD Route): 06 years of post-PhD teaching or clinical experience. Must have 5 to 7 research publications in HEC recognized journals (at least two as 1st author).
- Experience (MSN/MSPN Route): 06 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor or clinical experience. Sufficient master-level supervision experience preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
2. Assistant Professor
- Qualification: MSN/MSPN degree from any reputed HEC-recognized University.
- Experience: 04 years of relevant teaching or clinical experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
3. Lecturer
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Nursing or Public Health (MSN/MSPH).
- Experience: 02 years of teaching or clinical experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Salary Information
The organization offers an attractive and competitive salary package commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience, generally ranging between Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month (estimated standard pay scale, subject to PAF-IAST institutional rules).
