About WASA Lahore
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore is a key government body responsible for the supply of clean water and management of sewerage and drainage systems across Lahore. Under the LWDMP project, WASA is developing a modern sewerage system from Larechs Colony to Gulshan-e-Ravi Lahore using Trenchless Technology, funded by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). The Project Management Unit is looking for skilled professionals to support project execution at the highest level.

Eligibility Criteria
1. TBM Expert / Geo-Technical Expert (PPS-12)
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil, Geological, Mining, or relevant engineering discipline from an HEC recognized university. A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Geotechnical, Geological, or Mining Engineering or a relevant discipline will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience related to micro-tunneling or tunneling works. Experience in geotechnical investigations for laying sewers through micro-tunneling or tunneling in large-scale metropolitan area projects will be highly preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 57 Years
2. Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) (PPS-10)
Qualification: B.S. or B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from an HEC recognized university. Registration with PEC is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the water sector with specific expertise in electrical and mechanical components such as pumping stations and SCADA systems.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years
3. Manager (Admin & Finance) (PPS-9)
Qualification: ACCA, ACMA, or MBA in Finance from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the public sector or a multinational private sector organization.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years
Salary Information
Salary will be offered as per the respective PPS pay scales. PPS-12, PPS-10, and PPS-9 are senior-level government pay scales offering competitive remuneration. These are contract-based positions and selected candidates will not be entitled to regular government employment benefits. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
