The District and Sessions Court of South Waziristan is the district judiciary of South Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, working under the Peshawar High Court. Its offices are seated at Tank. It handles the district’s civil and criminal cases and recruits its Class-III and Class-IV support staff locally.
