These positions are ideal for retired or serving personnel from Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) or Armed Forces who wish to continue serving the public sector in an enforcement role.
PERA is inviting applications for Senior Sergeant (STRIKE) and Sergeant (STRIKE) posts to strengthen enforcement squads across Punjab with headquarters based in Lahore.

PERA has been established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Act, 2024 to streamline enforcement of special and scheduled laws across the province. The Authority works to ensure compliance, deterrence, and effective implementation of laws through trained enforcement squads operating province-wide.
Job Overview
Selected candidates will assist SDEO, EO, and IO officers in enforcement operations, inspections, recovery of fines, seizure of illegal items, guarding confiscated goods, and supporting regulatory actions through mobile squads.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Matriculation from a recognized BISE
- Minimum 6 months training from a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) or Armed Forces
Experience
- At least 10 years of service in LEAs or Armed Forces
Age Limit
- Minimum: 35 Years
- Maximum: 50 Years
Physical & Skill Requirements
- Medically and physically fit (no disability)
- Driving and bike riding skills
- Ability to work in squads (Buddy System)
- IT skills and understanding of enforcement procedures
- Strong communication, teamwork, and integrity
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be offered salary according to SPPP-4 / SPPP-5 pay package, along with other benefits admissible under Schedule-III of PERA service regulations.
