Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific qualification and experience requirements for each role:
- Engineering Roles: BE/BSc in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized university + relevant experience (ranging from 2 to 10 years).
- Planning & Architecture: BSc/Master in City & Regional Planning or B-Arch + relevant experience.
- Finance & Audit: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or CA-Inter/ACCA + 2-3 years experience.
- Legal: LLB from HEC recognized university + minimum 3 years experience.
- Sub Engineer: B-Tech or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical + 5 years experience.
- General Staff: Bachelor’s degree in any field for Personal Assistant + 3 years experience.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 150,000 (Estimated based on scale).
- Market-competitive salary packages will be offered based on the contract terms.

- Online Registration: Visit the HEC Education Testing Council portal at https://etc.hec.gov.pk for online registration.
- Application Fee: Deposit a non-refundable test fee of Rs. 2,000/- via 1Link 1Bill Invoice participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
- Submission: Submit the detailed resume and covering letter via the portal. Hard copies are not required.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and provide NOC if selected.
Important Instructions
- Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement publication.
- Test Centers: Tests will be conducted in Islamabad and Karachi.
- No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance will be admissible for the test/interview.
