Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each scale:
- SPPS-I (Chief Technical Advisor):
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Industrial Policy, Economics, Engineering, Public Admin, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in industrial development or economic policy advisory.
- SPPS-II (Experts):
- Qualification: Master’s degree in relevant fields (Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Law, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in the respective domain (Tariff, PPP, SME, Data Analytics).
- SPPS-III (Specialists):
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Admin, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience.
- SPPS-IV (Associates):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s (16 years) or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of relevant professional experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for SPPS-IV positions.
Salary Package
Positions are offered under the Special Professional Pay Scales (SPPS), which indicates a highly competitive and lucrative market-based salary package corresponding to the scale (SPPS-I to SPPS-IV).
