Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following strict qualification and experience requirements:
1. Principal (QDPS&C)
- Qualification: M.A/M.Sc/B.S(Hons) in Natural Science + B.Ed/M.Ed. (Ph.D/M.Phil preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years teaching to higher classes AND 05 years as Principal/Head of a leading Public School/Cadet College.
- Age Limit: 40 to 55 Years.
- Facilities: Residential facility offered on campus.
2. School Heads
- Roles: Head for High School (Male), Head for Boys School (Male), Head for Junior School (Female).
- Qualification: M.A/M.Sc/B.S(Hons) + B.Ed/M.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years teaching to higher classes AND 03 years as Headmaster/Headmistress/Section Head in a renowned English Medium School.
- Age Limit: 35 to 55 Years.
Important Conditions
- 3rd Division: Candidates with a 3rd Division in their educational career are NOT eligible.
- Contract: Initial contract is for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
- Selection: Selection will be strictly on merit.
