The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan has announced a massive recruitment drive for 2026. PPHI Balochistan is a non-profit company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act. It is dedicated to revitalizing the primary healthcare system in the province. PPHI manages Basic Health Units (BHUs) and medical centers to ensure that quality health services reach the common people in remote areas.

Eligibility Criteria
- District Manager: Master’s in Social Sciences, MBA, MPH, or MBBS with 3 years experience. Or CSS/PCS officers (BS-17/18).
- Specialists: MBBS with Postgraduate degree (FCPS/MS) in relevant field (Gyne, Peds, Cardio, etc.).
- Medical Officers: MBBS with valid PMDC certificate.
- Sub Engineer: BE Civil or DAE Civil with 3 years experience.
- Assistant Manager Finance: MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA, or CA Inter with 3 years experience.
- Support Staff: Matriculation or Middle pass with relevant field experience.
Job Location
Positions are available in Quetta, Naseerabad, Khuzdar, Loralai, Lasbela, Chagai, Pishin, and other districts. Local domicile holders will be given preference.
