Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University (National or International).
- Experience:
- Branch Manager: Min. 5 years banking experience (1 year as Branch Manager).
- Head Project Unit: Min. 8 years banking/financial institution experience.
- Recovery/NPL Roles: Min. 10 years experience in banking/financial institutions.
- Age Limit:
- SVP/SVP-I: Max 55 Years
- VP/VP-I: Max 50 Years
- AVP/AVP-I/OG-I: Max 45 Years
Salary Information
The bank offers market-competitive remuneration. Based on current scales for these grades, the expected salary range is 40,000-150,000 PKR per month plus benefits.
