Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University (National or International).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Banking Experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.
- Placement Requirement: Candidates must specify 3 cities/towns for placement; one must be a location where they have been previously posted.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Deposit Mobilization and Agri. credit expansion.
- Recovery of regular and Non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Supervising branch operations, EKYC, and regulatory compliance.
Salary Information
ZTBL offers a market-competitive remuneration package geared towards attracting the best talent. Based on the grade and experience, the estimated salary range is 40,000 – 150,000 PKR per month.
