Eligibility Criteria
To apply for these prestigious faculty roles, candidates must fulfill the following general criteria:
- Basic Sciences (Anatomy): Ph.D. from a reputable university, or FCPS in the relevant subject. (MBBS with M.Phil will be considered if Ph.D./FCPS candidates are not available). Requires 2 years of relevant experience.
- Clinical Sciences (General): MBBS degree accompanied by higher diplomas such as FCPS, MRCP with CCT, or an American Board qualification.
- Experience: Generally requires two (02) years of post-qualification relevant experience.

Salary Information
Ayub Medical College offers a special, highly competitive remuneration package. The salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s educational qualifications, clinical background, and relevant experience as determined by the Board of Governors. Selected clinical faculty will be required to participate in Institution Based Private Practice (IBPP) and are strictly prohibited from engaging in private practice outside the hospital premises.
