Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelors/MBA/M.Com/M.Sc in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, CFAP, CA, CIA, or CA-Finalist from an HEC recognized university. Certifications in data sciences will carry additional weightage.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience, including at least 5 years within internal audit.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of March 01, 2026.
- Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, RPA, and AI integration for audit automation.
Salary Information
The Bank of Punjab offers market-based competitive remuneration. For this senior management position, the estimated salary range is 40,000-150,000 PKR per month, depending on the candidate’s profile and experience.
