Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Social Sciences from a reputed HEC recognized national or international institution
- Advanced degree in a relevant field will be strongly preferred
- International qualification or membership of professional HR organizations will be an added advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- At least 3+ years in a senior executive leadership role reporting directly to the Head of HR or CEO of a large public or private sector organization
- Proven track record of working in teams, achieving management objectives, and maintaining effective stakeholder liaison
Key Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in achieving management objectives within large teams
- Must comply with the Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed in Schedule IV of the State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023
- International experience and membership in professional HR bodies will be preferred
Contract Terms and Compensation
Contract Tenure
Initial appointment for 3 years, renewable based on performance under the relevant provisions of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Performance incentives, health benefits, and other privileges as determined by the Board
