Eligibility Criteria
- Retired Personnel: Must hold a valid discharge certificate and relevant rank (Subedar, Naik, etc.).
- Civilians: Must meet the specific educational requirements ranging from Literacy to ICS/F.Sc and relevant technical diplomas.
- Experience: Most technical and support roles require 2 to 5 years of verified field experience.
Salary Information
The salary packages for these positions are competitive and aligned with the DHA Education System’s pay structure. Generally, for such contract roles, salaries range between PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 per month depending on the rank and technical skill level.
