Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following strict qualification and experience requirements:
1. Manager (Operations)
- Qualification: 1st Class Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), Economics, Public Policy, or International Relations.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or management at a supervisory level.
- Preference: Experience in office management, project planning, and coordination (public or corporate sector).
2. Management Associate
- Qualification: 1st Class Master’s Degree OR 4-Years Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
Salary Package
The selected candidates will be offered a competitive market-based salary package. (Estimated range: PKR 40,000 – 150,000 per month depending on the post).
