Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must ensure they meet the specific qualifications and extensive experience required for these high-level roles:
- Executive Director (Planning): Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (HEC recognized). At least 20 years of post-qualification experience in local/international organizations, including 3 years in senior management or as Head of Department.
- Director (Transmission Operation Planning): Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering. At least 10 years of relevant experience. Expertise with computer-based programs, particularly PSSE software used in transmission planning and power system studies, will be highly preferred.
- Deputy Director (Legal): Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law from an HEC-recognized university with at least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Deputy Director (BPAR): Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Project Management with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Salary Information
ISMO offers a highly competitive, market-based salary package along with performance incentives, perks, and benefits. By standard estimates for such executive SOE roles, the monthly compensation usually begins around PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 as a baseline but will be substantially higher depending on the applicant’s experience and the specific directorship tier.
