Source: Official newspaper advertisement (INF(P) 5243/26), ad image downloaded from pakjobalert.pk (mti-mardan-jobs page, published 19 Oct 2026; ETEA online form opened 16 Oct 2026) and read directly on screen: all 4 position groups with post counts (6+9+8+3+7+6+29 = 68), grades, per-post qualifications, female-only condition for Cardiology (A&E), ETEA Project Code 875, 16-Oct form availability and 31-Oct-2026 deadline, Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan sign-off. Postal code 23200 = Mardan GPO (verified: raabta.pk, tejji.com, hamariweb Pakistan Post mirrors — consistent). Address: Mardan Medical Complex, Nowshera–Mardan Road, Sheikh Maltoon Town (verified via worldorgs business listing + bkmc.edu.pk prospectus). Location ids: 292 = Mardan City (verified live via job_location REST), 261 = Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (verified). Company exists (id 19992); no usable original logo — the official mmckp.gov.pk logo files (u_logo.png, website-logo_white.png) are dark 280×75 banners that do not render as a usable logo, so company_logo_file is null and the pipeline applies the KPK emblem fallback (18244). No salary stated in the ad — omitted per rule. Distinct from the MTI Mardan Manager IPD ad (INF(P) 5190/26) published batch3-20261017.
