The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a government-owned not-for-profit company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the hiring of an Individual Consultant in Islamabad.
NDRMF is seeking a highly qualified professional to join their mission of making Pakistan resilient against natural disasters. The selection will be based on the “Fixed Budget Method” utilizing a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Proposal Security Declaration: Proposals submitted must be accompanied by a Proposal Security Declaration in the format provided in the RFP Document Section-5.

EPAD Registration & Submission: Bidders must be registered on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) EPAD System. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPAD System (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
