Eligibility Criteria
Associate (Electrical): Minimum B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical from an HEC-recognized institution with 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites. Maximum age 47 years on the closing date. Marketing/Export Promotion Officer (Salt Business): Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, Economics or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or export promotion, preferably in salt, minerals, food products, FMCG or commodities. Age 35 years on the closing date. Maintenance Lead/Sr. Associate: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) from an HEC-recognized institution with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical/mechanical operation and maintenance at mining or industrial sites. Maximum age 40 years. Candidates holding Balochistan domicile will be preferred for Balochistan postings.
