Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following qualification and experience requirements to be considered:
Additional Director Positions (Admin & Academic)
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, HRM, or Education from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making, and policy implementation skills.
Deputy Director Finance
- Qualification: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration. Preference will be given to CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or ICMA holders.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Strong command over financial systems, ERP/Accounting software, and financial reporting.
Salary Information
The organization offers highly competitive salary packages. For the Deputy Director Finance position, the salary range is PKR 250,000 to 300,000 per month. Other positions offer market-competitive packages based on qualifications and experience.
