Eligibility Criteria
- Manager (Administration): Master’s degree (preferably in Management Studies) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in government or private organizations, specifically in administration, HR, or security.
- Manager (Navigation): Master Mariner (FG) with 2 years’ ship experience, or First Mate with 5 years’ ship experience. Alternatively, Navy LT/LT CDR with relevant Harbour Master or ship experience.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation may be granted as per Civil Servants Recruitment Rules 1993.
Salary Information
Salary, allowances, and other benefits will be provided according to the Basic Pay Scale (BPS-18) of the Federal Government. The estimated range is PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 per month.
