Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must strictly meet the following educational and testing requirements:
Mandatory Testing Requirement
- Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS).
- A minimum score of 40 marks in the STS screening test is mandatory.
Educational & Technical Qualifications
- Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14): Graduation from a recognized university. Must possess a certificate in English Shorthand (120 wpm) and Typewriting (35 wpm) from BTE/STEVTA or a recognized board, along with an MS Office certificate.
- Accounts Assistant (BPS-11): B.Com or BBA (Minimum 2nd Division) from a recognized university/HEC. Requires two (02) years of relevant work experience.
- Junior Clerk (BPS-11): Graduation (Minimum 2nd Division) from a recognized university. Must have a 6-month MS Office certificate from a recognized technical board.
Age Limits
- Junior Scale Stenographer: 18 to 28 years.
- Accounts Assistant: 21 to 30 years.
- Junior Clerk: 21 to 28 years.
Salary Information
Selected candidates will be offered a salary package according to the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) rules of the Government of Sindh. For these BPS-11 to BPS-14 roles, the estimated monthly salary range is PKR 40,000 – 150,000, which includes basic pay and provincial allowances.
