Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following strict criteria as per the HEC and University standards:
- Education: Master’s Degree (16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of teaching/administrative experience in a University, Government, or Semi-Government organization.
- Out of these, at least 10 years must be in BPS-17 or above.
- OR: 10 years of experience specifically in Administrative/Governance/Regulatory frameworks in BPS-17 or equivalent.
- Preference: Candidates with knowledge of HEC policies, rules, and regulatory frameworks will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 Years on the closing date.
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: BPS-20.
- Salary Range: Approximately PKR 150,000 – 300,000 per month (as per Government BPS-20 scales).
- Benefits: Standard allowances and benefits admissible under university statutes.
