NADRA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Director (Java Developer) for its Digital Academy/Assessment Project.
This is a contract-based position initially for a period of 06 months (extendable based on performance and project requirement). The selected candidate will be posted in Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following strict technical and educational requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is mandatory.
- Master’s degree will be preferred.
- Degrees must be attested by HEC.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles, ideally in Digital Identity or the Public Sector.
- Technical Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Java (Core Java, JAVA EE, Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong knowledge of OOP Principles.
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Backend system implementation using JAVA.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Containerization (Docker).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and CI/CD tools.
