Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education. Preferred degrees include Bachelor’s (4 Years) or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Administration (as per post requirement).
- Experience: * Assistant Director roles: Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Deputy Assistant Director (AI/ML): Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Certifications: PMP certification is preferred for the Project Coordinator position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot (for Developers), Agile methodologies, JIRA, and technical documentation (BRD/SRS).
Salary Information
NADRA provides a competitive federal pay scale for its contract employees. Based on current market trends and the grade of these positions, the estimated salary range is 40,000 – 150,000 PKR per month.
Job Location
