Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
Qualification: Candidates must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants such as ICAP, ICMA, ACCA, or ICAEW. Additional qualifications including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant audit function is required, out of which at least 3 years must be in the capacity of Chief Internal Auditor in a reputable public or private sector organization. Experience in healthcare, insurance, or public sector organizations will be a significant advantage.
Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application.
2. Manager Research & Development
Qualification: A Master’s degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Planning, Health Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, Data Sciences, or Statistics from an HEC or PMDC recognized institution is required. A PhD degree or additional certifications in research methodologies or project management will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and executing research initiatives for public or private sector health programs is required. Some experience in a leadership role is preferred. Prior experience in specialized health programs such as health insurance, child heart care, or transplant services in Pakistan is highly desirable.
Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application.
Salary Information
Market competitive remuneration will be offered to the selected candidates as per PHIMC policy. The salary package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
