Eligibility Criteria

1) Team Lead (DISCOs)

  • Qualification: CA / ACMA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA or MSc Electrical/Electronics/Physics with MBA
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years relevant experience in the Power Sector
  • Age Limit: Maximum 52 years

2) Specialist (Human Resource)

  • Qualification: Bachelor / Master in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years relevant HR experience
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

3) Assistant Specialist (Admin)

  • Qualification: Bachelor (Hons) or Master in Business / Public Administration or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years relevant administrative experience
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
