Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification
Candidates must possess a minimum of sixteen (16) years of education with specialization in a relevant field. Acceptable qualifications include BS (Honours) in Engineering, Master in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), and other relevant fields from HEC recognized institutions. The required qualification may vary depending upon the nature and requirement of the project. Candidates holding professional certifications may be given additional preference.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in Project Management or a relevant field is mandatory. The candidate must have intermediate or advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly the Government of Pakistan’s project planning and management processes and procedures. Previous work experience in Balochistan will be considered an added advantage.
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidate is forty (40) years and the maximum age is sixty-two (62) years, calculated on the last date of submission of applications.
Domicile Requirement
Candidates having local or domicile of Balochistan shall only be eligible to apply.
Salary Information
The lump sum salary package will be admissible and amended from time to time as prescribed by the Government of Pakistan for employees of PSDP projects. The exact salary will be communicated at the time of appointment.
