Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Junior Scale Stenographer: Graduate (2nd Div) with English Shorthand speed of 120 wpm and typing speed of 35 wpm. Must have an MS Office certificate from a recognized institute (SBTE/STEVTA).
- Accounts Assistant: B.Com or BBA (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized university.
- Data Entry Operator: Graduate (2nd Div) with a Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized technical board.
- Junior Clerk: Graduate (2nd Div) with a 6-month MS Office/Computer certificate from a recognized board.
Mandatory Requirement: Applicants must have passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) with a minimum of 40% marks.
Salary Information
The salary for these positions is based on the Government of Sindh’s Basic Pay Scales (BPS 11 to BPS 14). Estimated monthly packages range between 40,000 to 150,000 PKR depending on the specific scale, allowances, and department policy.
