Eligibility Criteria
1️⃣ AD Cluster (PPS-08)
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Management Sciences, MBA, or BBA from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification professional experience in project implementation and stakeholder coordination.
Age Limit:
Maximum 55 years.
2️⃣ Bank Loan Officer (PPS-08)
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education in MBA (Marketing/Finance), ICMA, ACCA, or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience dealing with banks on similar assignments. Preference will be given to candidates with PSDP project experience.
Age Limit:
Maximum 55 years.
3️⃣ Project Coordinator / Accountant (PPS-06)
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Management, Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, MBA, or BBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification professional experience in project implementation and IT monitoring.
Age Limit:
Maximum 50 years.
Salary Information
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 150,000, according to PPS scale and project rules.
