About PULSE Project

The Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) project is a significant initiative by the Board of Revenue to modernize land record systems and urban land management in Punjab. It aims to create a transparent, efficient, and accessible land administration system.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this consultancy role, candidates must meet the following strict qualification and experience requirements:

  • Qualification: The Consultant must be a Law Graduate from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • At least 15 Years of relevant experience in the field of Law and Environment.
    • Must have conducted at least two assignments in the public sector pertaining to policy, legal, and regulatory frameworks and the Environment.

Salary Package

The salary and remuneration will be decided based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and the standard rates for World Bank-funded consultants.

Estimated Market Value: PKR 40,000 – 150,000 per month (likely higher for senior consultants).
