Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines from HEC recognized institutions.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in digital payments, fintech, or banking.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 to 55 years (as of the advertisement date). Relaxation may be given for exceptional experience.
Salary Information
The organization offers a competitive, market-based compensation package ranging approximately from PKR 40,000 to 150,000 (depending on the specific grade and experience level).
