Eligibility Criteria
1. Statistical Assistant (BPS-14) – 36 Posts
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Data Science / Statistics / Economics with at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from a HEC recognized University
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
2. Stenographer (BPS-14) – 03 Posts
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA from a HEC recognized University
- Six (06) months certificate in Shorthand and English Typing from an institute recognized by SBTE
- Speed of 120 wpm in Shorthand and 35 wpm in English Typing on computer
- Certificate in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
3. Jr. Clerk Cum-Typist / Junior Clerk (BPS-11) – 20 Posts
- Graduation with at least 2nd Division from any University recognized by Higher Education Commission
- Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
4. Key Punch Verification Operator (BPS-08) – 02 Posts
- Matriculation with at least 2nd Division from a recognized Board
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
5. Enumerator (BPS-05) – 07 Posts
- Matriculation from a recognized Board
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

Age Relaxation
Age of applicants will be calculated from the closing date of submission of applications as per R.Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. An upper age relaxation of five (05) years is available as per notification of Services, General Administration & Co-ordination Department, Government of Sindh bearing No.SO-II(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Pt.II), dated 06-03-2025.
Salary Information
All positions carry Government of Sindh pay scales as per their respective BPS grades. Salaries are paid according to the Sindh Basic Pay Scale structure:
- BPS-14 posts (Statistical Assistant, Stenographer): Estimated salary range PKR 45,000 – 80,000 per month
- BPS-11 post (Junior Clerk): Estimated salary range PKR 35,000 – 55,000 per month
- BPS-08 post (Key Punch Operator): Estimated salary range PKR 28,000 – 42,000 per month
- BPS-05 posts (Enumerator, Statistical Computer): Estimated salary range PKR 22,000 – 35,000 per month

Step 2 – Complete General Screening Test
Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (GST) of their respective categories with at least 40% marks, conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS). A valid STS certificate is required for appointment.

Step 4 – NOC for Government Employees
Applicants already serving in Government Service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective Department before submitting their application. The original NOC must be brought at the time of interview.

Shortlisted candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with all original documents as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
