The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is Pakistan’s national civil aviation regulator, working under the federal Aviation Division. It oversees flight operations, pilot licensing, air navigation services, airport operations and aviation safety across the country in line with ICAO standards. Its head office is at Terminal-1, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
